Mildred Ngesa; our sister, friend and colleague, was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2021. She needs to commence immediate treatment including surgery, chemotherapy and finally radiotherapy and psychosocial support. The estimated cost is expected to be between Kes. 2.7M and Kes.3M. The treatment will take 10 months beginning the month of February. She will remain on drugs and management for a further five years.
We sincerely thank those who have pledged and contributed towards this fund. For those yet to make any contribution or pledge, we ask that you dig into your pockets towards this cause. The treatment journey is long and we are appealing to you to make a contribution to bridge this target.
