Andy speaks 4 Special Needs Persons Africa (AS4SNP). AS4SNP is an organization incorporated under the companies Act 2015 in August 2019 registration number CLG-D7F28G. The organization is also registered with NCPWD registration number NCPWD/0/5474. Andy Speaks 4 Special Needs Persons Africa focuses on giving a voice to Special Needs Persons with Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (PWNDDs) through raising awarenessadvocating for policy implementation and inclusion of persons with Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (NDDs).  Often, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (NDDs) are more stigmatized as their challenges are less obvious and mostly invisible. Andy speaks 4 Special Needs Persons Africa therefore takes an initiative to promote the interests of persons with NDDs under the constitution and law. AS4SNPs focuses its work closely to the Sustainable Developments Goals (SDGs) & UNCRPDs. Specifically, we align to SDGs 3 (Good Health and Wellbeing); 4 (Quality of Education); 10 (Reduce Inequality); and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

Research has demonstrated that Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (NDDs) such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD),Cerebral Palsy (CP), Down Syndrome (DS) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) among others are often highly stigmatized by the society at large as they are more difficult to diagnose and are less obvious.

Access to affordable assistive technologies is a prerequisite to being able to exercise their basic human rights and participate fully in the life of their communities, and thereby contribute to the realisation of the SDGs. Assistive technology can reduce or eliminate the barriers to their participation on an equal basis with others.

There are still major barriers to the use of assistive technologies, including high costs, lack of availability, lack of awareness of their potential, and a lack of training in their use. Available data indicates that, in several developing countries, more than 50% of the persons with disabilities who need assistive devices are not able to receive them.

leveraging the use of assistive technologies for persons with autism as a tool in removing the barriers to their full social, economic and political participation in society, and in promoting equality, equity and inclusion.

The pandemic has brough out the many social protection, health & educcation gaps for the neurodiverse. We seek to lighten the burden through awreness, policy reforms & supply of anti convulsants to families in need.

There is limited access to medicine for Neurodiverse children & youths with seizure disorder/Epilepsy as a comorbid have no access to their daily seizure control medicines. Going without medicine is a risk as Seizures can be fatal and can cause brain damage. HELP US SUPPORT NEEDY PARENTS WITH A MONTH SUPPLY OF ANTICONVULSANTS MEDICATION.
