Hello friends,
Academic accomplishments and achievements comes with hard-work and cost. For most people in pursuit of this, challenges in financing studies are inevitable. From this, Aphia is not an exception.
Aphia began her studies in JKUAT-Main Campus to pursue Bsc. Agribusiness Management and Enterprise Development in 2013 under self sponsored program supported by her father (A cleric at local church in Cherang'any at that time. May his soul rest in peace)
Death of Aphia's dad robbed her a sole financial provider forcing her take a year academic leave from school.
Since her return to school, she has always been supported by members of the extended family. All of us know challenges that come with this and having her siblings in tertiary institutions and high school.
To give the situation currently, Aphia owes the university a total amount of 260,000/= being arrears brought forward plus this academic years fee she's expected to pay.
This is a call from a burdened fellow to all of us and friends of good will to come to her aid in seeing this balance cleared.
